If you enter the festival with an Adult ticket, you will be asked to provide one of the following if you look under 25:
– Current valid Australian driver’s license (with photo)
– Current Passport
– Government Issued Proof of Age Card
– Victorian Keypass
– International Driver’s License (must contain a photograph)
Big Country will be 100% cashless! This means that you will be able to tap, swipe or insert your credit or debit card at all bars, food vendors, market stalls and amusements.
Unfortunately liquor licensing requirements restrict us from being able to offer pass-outs. We will attempt to set up a parental pass-out system approved like in 2019, however there are no guarantees this will be granted.
Complimentary shuttles will be running from the Campgrounds and central locations in Nowra, Gerringong, Gerroa and Shoalhaven Heads.

WHAT CAN I BRING?
No, Big Country is a fully licensed event and will have bars running throughout the day.
You can bring your own food, but no liquids other than water (in a clear, sealed bottle) can be brought onsite.
Yes, in a clear, sealed bottle. There are free refill stations at all bars.
Yes, you may bring a small fold up chair or blanket to sit on.
No, you can’t bring a large trolley or esky into the event. Small, soft edged cooler bags are permitted.
Yes, but to be safe we recommend bringing a hard copy as well.
No, there are no animals allowed at the event (excluding service animals).
No, unfortunately due to licensing requirements there are no pass outs permitted at Big Country.
No small butane gas cookers or butane canisters are permitted in the campground, however 4.5kg – 9kg LPG bottles are permitted (but must be in date).
No. Because you won’t need an allocated 8m x 5m campsite space, you do not need a Vehicle Pass. You will be parking a short distance away from your rented camping package. Each person camping in the Rent-A-Tent set up will need a ‘Camping Ticket – Rent-A-Tent’, and you will need to purchase a Rent-A-Tent package.
Just one, as your caravan will be attached to your car within your 8m x 5m campsite.
No, each car requires its own campsite and Campground Vehicle Pass.
For safety reasons, unfortunately not. Once you arrive, your vehicle will not be able to depart until Sunday morning.
There will be a complimentary shuttle bus service running from the campgrounds into Berry on Friday afternoon & evening. The town is host to a range of pubs, restaurants and specialty stores that you’ll be able to explore.
There will be a complimentary shuttle bus service running from the campgrounds to the festival site and back all day.
The campground will have showers, toilets and breakfast food available on Saturday and Sunday mornings. There are no powered sites.
Yes, however you MUST ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME if you want side-by-side campsites.
No alcohol is permitted in the Campgrounds. Please ensure you are aware of the complete Terms & Conditions of entry.
You can arrive on Friday 18th September between 1pm – 9pm or on Saturday 19th September between 8am – 1pm.

The Friday night Campground to Berry shuttle runs from 5pm – 11pm.
